Links!

At lunarophelia's suggestion, I'd like to start a list of links. Where do you get inspiration? Where do you go shopping? Give me the good, the bad, the places you wish you'd never discovered because now you're broke...

Inspiration/Ready-made
Pinup Girl Clothing Small sizes, some skank underwear, beautiful couture line.
Fashion-Era Pages for each decade, includes ads, sewing patterns, fashion photos.
My Vintage Collection Scans of patterns.

Patterns
Mom's Patterns Patterns from the 40's through the 70's. Large selection, reasonable prices.
Eva Dress Patterns, including a lot of dressier stuff from the 20th Century. Some 19th Century patterns available as well. Organized by size, which is always helpful.
Damn Good Vintage Ready-made and patterns from 1920s through 1980s, including lingere.
Truly Victorian Victorian patterns, organized by era. Basic shapes only, add your own trimmings.
Ageless Patterns Victorian reproduction patterns.
Laughing Moon Mercantile Patterns and accessories; western, Civil War, Edwardian, Victorian.

Supplies
Reprodepot Reproduction fabric, mostly cotton prints. Great clearance sales, but you have to keep an eye on it because it goes quickly.
Reproduction Fabrics Large selection of retro prints.

I agree with all of those links, but I'll raise you one Vintage Martini (http://www.vintagemartini.com)and a Lanetz Living (www.lanetzliving.net)for patterns.

Mm. I hate you all. You're trying to bankrupt me.

Lynn McMasters makes some gorgeous things for those of us who want to go even farther back to play in the modern era.

Inspiration:

Wardrobe Remix
Ranges from the quirky to the trendy to the crazy out there awesome (like, the guy that wears skirts is actually pretty awesome).

The Sartorialist
Because he takes pictures of people that aren't always in their twenties. I love older people style so much, it can look so awesome.

Patterns:

Burdastyle
Free patterns!

Tutorial on legwarmers
They're nifty spat-like buttonups.

I'd have more, but I'm more of a remixer/fix-up-clothes-I-inherit/find and accessory person.
